Once you are here you are likely to choose a house in Spain.
In 2011, my wife and I also looked for a suitable accomodation and drove from the border of France to Cartagena, visiting the Balearic Islands. We saw a lot of simply magical places along the coast, but finally we stopped and chose Torrevieja.
It seemed to us that it satisfied all our needs as a family living in Spain. Besides the sea and the sun (sunshine 300 days), we liked that there is a fabulous infrastructure and abundance of amenities. The area has international schools, Alicante University, Hospitals and medical institutions, sports and shopping centers, it is close to the airport and other pretty large cities (Alicante, Elche, Murcia).
Torrevieja is neither a small town where life stops in winter, nor a metrópolis, where you have to spend a lot of time in traffic jams.
After several years, we are still convinced that we were not mistaken. And not only us. The area of Torrevieja is very multicultural and many residents have immigrated here from other English speaking countries. Also many of my Spanish friends have come here from other parts of the country.
So if you choose Torrevieja for permanent living or for a second home, I think you have made the right choice. Welcome aboard!)
Now it’s up to you to choose a home. I’ll just share my experience here. The Spaniards are wonderful people, very open and welcoming! We have lived in different countries, but nowhere did we have such warm and close relationships with our neighbours as in Spain. Culturally they are sociable and are used to live in apartment buildings or “adosados” (Spanish townhouses), and since the climate allows you to make use of lightweight materials and construction, for many Europeans it might be a bit difficult living side by side due to the poor noise isolation as well as being close to neighbours. Therefore, after staying in an apartment for some time, my family and I decided to move to an independent villa.
Although my main business is in international logistics, I like to invest in real estate and to participate in the devolopment of projects and construction of houses, not only in Spain but also in Russia, the Czech Republic, Germany and the USA.
We do not build identical homes cramped onto a small plot of land. Instead we prefer to purchase individual plots, creating specialised unique projects for your family in the best places of the coast of Torrevieja. We control every step of construction, making sure that the quality of materials and finishes used are the best avaible.

We prefer not to use standart factory furnishing but provide individual finishes to suit an individual space. On each project site you are able to choose the plot of land that you like, prior to construction, or the home already under construction. Either way we will endeavour to construct the home, working together to accomplish your individual needs.
